The first phase of the project of Wuhou District Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park has been successfully topped.
Recently, Wuhou District in Chengdu has ushered in an important milestone progress: the first phase of the Wuhou Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park project undertaken by Wuhou Taipingyuan Company as the owner and China Wuye Group has been basically completed, marking that this modern comprehensive park integrating research and development, office and commerce is about to be put into use in Wuhou Yuehu District, becoming an important base to attract high-tech enterprises and high-end talents.
As the first industrialisation project in Yuehu District, the first phase of Wuhou Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park covers an area of 31,149.38 square metres, with a total construction area of about 96,954.02 square metres, including 5 6- to 8-storey office buildings, 1 4-storey commercial building and supporting underground space. The completion of the project not only marks a key step towards the final completion of the project, but also sets a benchmark for the construction of subsequent industrialisation projects.
The smooth promotion of the first phase of the Wuhou Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park project is not only one of the key measures for Yuehu District to deeply implement the high-quality development goal of Chengdu Industrial Park, but also a concrete embodiment of the call for "optimising and improving quality, setting up a characteristic park, empowering and increasing efficiency, and full of enterprises".
